    Providing services to companies and law firms regarding electronic discovery, including: computer forensic examination, conseling companies and law firms regarding opportunities for conducting discovery of electronic information, helping companies and law firms meet obligations regarding electronic discovery (e.g., satisfying the upcoming revised federal rules);

    Counseling companies and law firms regarding their obligations for safeguarding personal information and their respective duties for notification after a security breach, and on the proper safeguards and means of destroying sensitive information.

    Counseling companies and open source software organizations regarding the open source and closed source licenses, and developing licensing strategies for computer software;
